In response to the release of the architectural plans for the upgrades to the Burnie Cultural Centre, Burnie City Council asked for community feedback.
The feedback period took place between the 10th October and 7th November.
The report - compiled for council to consider at its December 2022 meeting - states: A number of relevant matters raised by the community were referred to the project architect, Xsquared for consideration and to enable amendment where necessary.
The revised plans were approved unanimously by the council, along with granting permission for the Steering Committee to undertake minor changes to the plans as required through the design process.
