Cynthia is a visual artist of extraordinary depth who works across many mediums. Tara Palmer is a past Helen Denise Jones OAM Arts Bursary recipient. Even at age 19, Tara is an awarded photographer with an impressive portfolio and a solo exhibition under her belt.
